FoxxIT Technical Solutions LLC was founded in April 2024 as a provider of IT solutions for small businesses and organizations. My mission is to simplify IT operations for your business so you can focus on what you do best.

I strive to do what is best by you, even behind the scenes. To do so, I will meet or exceed IT standards. Additionally, I do not believe in cutting corners or temporary fixes. In my IT career, I have seen many "temporary" fixes become a standard that ultimately results in a plethora of issues or exorbitant costs in support compared to doing it right from the beginning in the grand scheme of things.
Knowledge
Technology is always advancing. This is a double-edged sword. On one edge, this means there could be new developments to streamline your business and save you money. On the other edge, that means you need someone to constantly assess and ensure your systems are securely integrated. As your dedicated technician, I will take the time to learn and become a subject matter expert on your infrastructure so I can advise you on the best-tailored solution for your system.

Who is FoxxIT?
The Technician
IT Solutions Specialist
My name is Christopher Jones and I am an IT Solutions Specialist who has been doing IT professionally since 2013. Unprofessionally, I’ve been in the same realm of computer support, network administration, and code tinkering for much longer.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Kennesaw State University. Throughout my student career, I pursued this as it seemed most fitting for me because I enjoy the core components of Mechatronics: mechanical systems, electrical systems, and computer systems. To this day, I enjoy designing and implementing solutions to problems of any kind. Naturally, each design provides new challenges and perspectives which help me develop better solutions down the line.
My Experience
I have worked professionally in IT for small-scale and large-scale organizations. From this experience, I am comfortable working with technical individuals and individuals who may be less technically inclined. I’m also no stranger to complex policies and procedures required to meet compliance standards like NIST CSF 2.0, PCI, and WCAG 2.1.
As an IT professional, I am a jack of all trades who has worked on a wide range of equipment from workstations to engravers. I am also familiar with audio and video engineering along with captioned and described media solutions. Every business has its own unique set of tools that integrate differently. To effectively support the equipment, someone in my position must have or be able to quickly absorb knowledge on each piece of equipment and how it operates. Further still, it’s common that instructions left by manufacturers are overly complicated for some individuals, and someone like me is asked to provide a more straightforward set of instructions. These cases involve gaining intimate knowledge of how the system is supposed to work before being able to generate instructions.
In terms of IT specializations, I lean more towards networking and cloud infrastructure. I was always drawn towards network design concepts, even before I began providing IT services professionally.
